Registering on IGS is a simple 3-step process.
Profile Creation: Candidates are required to create an online profile on IGS, update their bio-data, contact details, and career preferences such as sector, job role, salary expectations, and location preferences.
Self-Assessment: Once the profile creation is complete, candidates are required to take a basic employability assessment and skill assessment for the chosen sectors and job roles, in order to determine their eligibility for the available training and employment opportunities.
Matchmaking: Based on the assessment outcome, candidate profiles will be matched with the available opportunities, and made available to the respective training providers and employers. Candidates can also view and apply to these opportunities instantly, with just a click. Candidates are subsequently notified about the status of their matches and applications via SMS.
